After a couple days of googling this question, I've come up with a LOT of conflicting information and I'm not entirely sure what's current any more, or indeed what's smart. Near as I can tell, currently the Gorgon's Blueprint can drop from three enemies in the game - Heavy Gunners, Arid Heavy Gunners and Grineer Wardens, and is no longer available either in the Market or as a login reward. prisma by far, wraith only gets some base damage and status chance. prisma has lower status and base damage, but it's significantly better in every other way. Haven't tried the Boltor yet but the Gorgon is a very reliable weapon when tuned right. I built mine into the LMG it's suppose to be by maxing out clip size with another mod into total capacity. Gorgon is best used again mobs of enemies or bosses due to the sustained fire taking out their shields. Gorgon does better damage and more death per magazine. Boltor is more economical and ignores armor. If you pick gorgon you will be running out of ammo from time to time. If you pick Boltor you won't but you also won't be mowing down an insane horde without reloading (though damn close).
